the status of the booking will be pending until our staff confirm the booking with the
accommodation management and a confirmation email will be sent to you
withing 48 hours of required info and documents.
Can we get extra beds or transportation to the accommodation ?
Information regarding extra beds or additional service can be found under
the description page of the accommodation and costs can be included
during the reservation.
Can I cancel or change my reservation through EthioBnb.com?
Yes, it’s easy to cancel or change your booking via “My Account” panel. Please
remember to check the Accommodation cancellation policy before making
any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable rooms and other special
deals may have a different cancellation policy.
